    RETURNS


    (1) Non-personalized products: We accept returns for non-personalized products worldwide within 14 days. The costs for return shipping must be borne by the customer. The item must of course be returned unused, complete and in the undamaged original packaging. In the event of the absence of the original packaging or accessories, or if damage or signs of wear are detected, we will deduct a percentage of the purchase amount from the amount to be refunded as compensation.

    (2) Personalized Products: If your product has been personalized, unfortunately we cannot allow returns as it was handmade just for you. We personally check every item before sending it to customers. If your personalized product still arrives damaged, you can of course return it free of charge. Please read our General Terms and Conditions for further information (§7).

    (3) Uncollected packages in the DPD Parcelshop: If you do not pick up the package in the DPD Parcelshop, the package will automatically be sent back to us after about a week. We will then treat the package as a normal return and refund you the amount paid minus the return shipping costs.




    How can I return an item?

    1. IMPORTANT: Send us an email in advance to support@beverlyco.de und letting us know that you would like to return an item. There are different return addresses, which will then be communicated to you accordingly. If it is personalized but damaged, it would be very helpful if you could send us a photo.
    2. Your return will then be noted and checked.
    3. We recommend that you send a traceable return with DHL. The costs of the return must be borne by the customer himself.
    4. Once we receive the product, we will refund your payment within 14 days via the payment platform selected during check-out.

    (1) We always strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products . If this is not the case , you can of course send the product back to us within 14 days of receipt.

    (2) If you would like to return an order , we will be happy to help you. Simply send us an email to support@beverlyco.de and we will walk you through the process.

    (3) Please note: A 100% refund of your return can only be issued if the items arrive in their original packaging and unused. For used items, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund amount. 

    (4) Please also note that we cannot accept returns on personalized products.

    (5) The return of vouchers and e-vouchers is also excluded.

    (6) Please note that processing your return may take up to 14 days.

    (7) The costs for the return are borne by the customer.
