(1) We always strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products . If this is not the case , you can of course send the product back to us within 14 days of receipt.

(2) If you would like to return an order , we will be happy to help you. Just send us an email to support@beverlyco.de and we'll guide you through the process.

(3) Please note: A 100% refund of your return can only be made if the items arrive in their original packaging and unused. For used items, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund amount.

(4) Please also note that we cannot accept returns on personalized products.

(5) A return of vouchers and e-vouchers is also excluded.

(6) Please note that processing your return may take up to 14 days.

(7) The costs for the return are borne by the customer.
