SHIPMENT

(1) Incoming orders are usually processed within  72  hours processed.

(2) The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days, depending on the item and availability.

(3) Personalized products are made especially for you and may take a few days longer depending on the order situation.

(4) Depending on availability and storage capacity, our delivery times may  Due to the current global situation and the very high demand, combined with the corresponding production times, in exceptional cases this may be up to 60 working days.

(5) You will find the delivery details and a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
 
(6) Orders containing multiple items may result in partial deliveries due to availability.

(7) For shipments outside Germany, additional charges such as customs or import fees may apply. These must be paid by the customer.

RETURNS


(1) Non-personalized products:  We accept within 14 days  worldwide  Returns for non-personalized products. The costs for return shipment are to be borne by the customer.  The item must of course be returned unused, complete and in the original, undamaged packaging.  In case of missing original packaging or accessories or if damage or signs of use are found, we will deduct a percentage of the purchase price from the amount to be refunded as compensation.

(2) Personalized products:  If your product has been personalized, we unfortunately cannot  No returns are possible as it was made by hand just for you.  We personally check every item before we ship it to customers. If your personalized product still  arrives damaged, you can  it of course  for free  Please read the  Please read our General Terms and Conditions for further information (§7).

(3) Uncollected parcels in the DPD Parcelshop: If  If you do not pick up the package from the DPD Parcelshop, the package will be automatically returned to us after about a week. We will then treat the package as a normal return and refund you the amount paid minus the return costs.




How can I return an item?

  1. IMPORTANT: Send us an email in advance tosupport@beverlyco.de und Let us know that you want to return an item. There are different return addresses, which will be communicated to you accordingly. If it is personalized but damaged, it would be very helpful if you could send us a photo.
  2. Your return will  then  noted and checked.
  3. We recommend that you return the item using DHL and track it. The customer must bear the return costs themselves.
  4. When the product arrives with us,  we will refund your payment  within 14 days via the payment platform selected during checkout.
